This 2025 Freightliner 114SD Cab & Chassis is built to handle the toughest jobs with durability, performance, and versatility in mind. Under the hood is a Cummins X12 500V diesel engine delivering 500 HP at 1900 RPM and 1700 lb-ft of torque at just 1,000 RPM. Paired with a 6-speed Allison 4500 RDS-P automatic transmission (with a PTO provision and 4″ sump, standard pan, 1810 half round output yoke), this drivetrain is built for demanding vocational applications. The truck features a massive 66,000 GVWR, supported by a 20,000 lb Detroit front axle and dual 23,000 lb rear axles with driver-controlled traction differentials. A rugged 1/2″ steel frame and Hendrickson Haulmaxx EX46000 lb rear suspension provide the strength and stability needed for heavy loads.
Designed for uptime and efficiency, this includes a Chelsea PTOs (CHL280GPFJP B5XD LH mount and customer installed Chelsea 280 TOP top RH mount), a 13-gallon DEF tank, a stainless steel aftertreatment shield, and a Phillips-Termo 1500 watt block heater. The air intake system features a firewall-mounted Donaldson air cleaner, complemented by a RH Vertical tailpipe and horizontal aftertreatment setup. The truck is equipped with Wabco 4S/4M Meritor Q+ cam brakes with dust shields, and MXL 18T Meritor extended lube driveline for reduced maintenance.
This 114SD is equipped with a rugged trim package and a 75 MPH road speed limit. It rides on Bridgestone M870 315/80R22.5 front and Continental HDC3 11R22.5 rear radial tires, mounted on a mix of Accuride aluminum and steel disc wheels with nylon guards. The cab features air-over-shock mounts, a bright finish grille and bezel, flexible fender extensions, an adjustable tilt/telescoping steering wheel, and a multi-band AM/FM/WB/CB antenna system. With six extra programmable switches/indicators already installed, this chassis is ready to be customized for your unique application.
